As many of our clients cannot always appoint full port agents, S5 have developed a Hub Port Call Management (HPCM) product to cater for such circumstances. This then allows your staff to focus on their core responsibilities. Having appointed Charterers Agents on your behalf we negotiate fee levels to ensure that these are competitive within agreed parameters.

This product can be escalated when required to a full Port Call Management (PCM) role where we assume a hands-on protecting function in the port itself. This draws upon the additional resource and expertise of the S5 local port offices.
